Do we have insurance and a license?

We have all the certificates and licenses for conducting excursion activities.

The legal system of Egypt in the field of tourism is very strict. For any excursion, a special permit from the tourist police is required every day, and without a license, it would not be issued to us.

How do we arrange the pick-up and transfer for the excursions?

For all excursions, we will pick you up from your hotel at the central entrance (main gate).

Our car park has a variety of vehicles (cars, jeeps, large buses, and minivans). All vehicles are equipped with safety systems and air conditioners.

All vehicles undergo regular sanitary and technical maintenance and have the required permission from the tourist police.

Drivers also pass inspections before each trip.

Is it possible to order individual or VIP or luxury excursions?

Yes, we organize any excursions and trips on an individual basis, with all your requests and preferences.

Everything is discussed personally.

Payment for excursions: where and how?

We accept cash in British pounds, euros, US dollars, and Egyptian pounds.

Some excursions must be paid in advance: flights, private tours, or in case of large groups of people.

Some excursions can be paid in person when you are picked up from the hotel, but only in cash.

If you prefer to pay by card, through a terminal, you need to arrange with us in advance – we can come to your hotel or you can visit our office.

What do you need to book excursions?

Please provide us with the following information:

The name of the excursion you are interested in.
The number of people who will join the excursion.
The name and room number of the hotel where you are staying.
A passport photo of the “first page” of all the participants (required for insurance purposes).
